I’m using Live Journal to blog the development of two Russian films written and directed by me. The films are "Blue Ink" and "A Small Circus". Development is in the writing stage for both films. Funding has been approved and green lighted.

"Blue Ink" is a story of a young Russian girl who finds love in the most unlikely of places.

"A Small Circus" tells the story of an old man who has given up on life, only to find rebirth through the actions of a loving granddaughter.

Treatments of both stories are complete, and now the process of actual scriptwriting begins. The first screenplay will be "Blue Ink" "Синие Чернила" Act 1 is almost finished. "A Small Circus" is actually more developed as it takes some of the ideas from a short reklama i made some time ago. Here is a link to the reklama: http://www.showreel.ru/RedRobot Its called DHL "Flea Circus"

Looking out the window to a freezing Moscow day. Good writing weather as there is not much desire to frolic in -15c ;-)

<lj-embed id="1" />
